Victim of Richmond homicide identified

RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – The identity of the man found laying in the driveway of a home in Richmond has been released.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says evidence is suggesting the murder of 23-year-old Johannes Foo was not a random act.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, outside of a home on Steveston Highway between No. 3 and 4 Roads.
IHIT wants to speak with anyone who may have information about Foo’s death or who may have been in the area on Monday between 3 and 4 p.m.
